Please read these terms carefully before using any taka5 service. Continued use of the platform means you accept these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the taka5 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering an account, accessing the Service, or placing any wager on taka5, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
taka5 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or phone number on file. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

1. Eligibility
To register and use the taka5 Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. taka5 may request documentation to verify your eligibility at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.

- You are at least 21 years of age and are legally permitted to engage in online gaming under any laws applicable to you.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Each individual may hold only one account with taka5.
- You have provided accurate, current, and complete registration information and will keep this information up to date for the duration of your account.
- You are not a current or former employee of taka5 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
taka5 may conduct KYC checks at any time. This may include requesting a government-issued ID, proof of address, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC checks may be restricted or closed. taka5 will not process withdrawal requests on accounts with outstanding KYC requirements.
2. Account Registration and Security
One account per person is strictly enforced across the taka5 platform. Where taka5 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — all accounts will be closed and any pending withdrawals will be voided. This policy protects the integrity of the platform and the fairness of all promotions.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. taka5 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account credentials have been compromised, change your password immediately and contact taka5 support. taka5 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep login details secure.
Account Closure
You may request closure of your taka5 account at any time by contacting customer support. taka5 will process a final withdrawal of any remaining eligible balance to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been met. taka5 also reserves the right to close accounts at its sole discretion for breaches of these Terms.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. taka5 will notify you at the contact details on file before applying any inactivity fee. An inactivity fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from any remaining balance once the inactivity period is confirmed. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be archived.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on taka5 must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. taka5 uses the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
Deposits made in error should be reported to taka5 customer support immediately. taka5 will make reasonable efforts to correct such errors but cannot guarantee recovery of funds where a third-party payment provider has already processed the transaction. Players are advised to double-check all payment details before confirming a transaction.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
taka5 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer, which may include wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. In the event of any conflict between a general bonus term and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- taka5 reserves the right to void a bonus and any winnings generated through it where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as permitted by the specific promotion terms. Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.
- taka5 may withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed, the terms in effect at the time of claiming will continue to apply for that specific bonus.
Players who are enrolled in a self-exclusion programme are not eligible to receive or use any bonus or promotional offer. Where a bonus is credited to a self-excluded account in error, it will be removed without notice and any winnings generated from it will be voided.
5. Responsible Gaming
taka5 is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and never a source of financial distress. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. All players are encouraged to use these tools proactively — you do not need to be experiencing a problem to benefit from them.
Responsible Gaming Tools Available on taka5
- Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
- Session Time-Out: You may set a time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which you will be unable to log in to your account. At the end of the time-out period your account will reopen automatically unless you request a longer exclusion.
- Self-Exclusion: You may apply for self-exclusion from taka5 for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Once in effect, taka5 will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing the Service, including blocking bonus communications. A self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taka5 platform. taka5 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response: issue a formal warning, suspend the account, permanently close the account, void any pending withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
Prohibited Actions Include
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresentation of age, identity, or payment method ownership.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the account may be closed.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including match-fixing or the use of bots, automated scripts, or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the taka5 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities in compliance with applicable law.
- Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using a different identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household address to circumvent the one-account-per-person policy.
taka5 employs fraud detection systems that monitor accounts and transactions in real time. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account restriction without prior notice. Players who believe a restriction has been applied in error are entitled to contact customer support to request a formal review. All review decisions are final.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the taka5 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the Service — is the property of taka5 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any content from the taka5 platform without prior written permission from taka5.
The taka5 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of taka5. You are not permitted to use these marks without the prior written consent of taka5. Any unauthorised use of taka5 trademarks may constitute an infringement actionable under applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, taka5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. taka5's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Amendments to These Terms
taka5 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect players' rights, deposit and withdrawal terms, bonus policies, or responsible gaming tools — taka5 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via the contact details on file. Non-material changes such as corrections of typographical errors or updates to contact information may be made without advance notice.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The Last Updated date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and taka5 that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action. Nothing in this clause prevents taka5 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce payment obligations.
